Zander finally caved in and bought me a loom for Christmas (yay!). A Kromski Harp (24") for anyone who's wondering. Two of the things about it that made it my choice was that a) it folds and b) it has a built-in warp board on the back.

Here is my very first attempt at warping and getting the warp onto the loom. Keeping it simple and tried to keep it cheap - an acrylic/wool yarn mix for placemats...

Getting the yarn onto the warp board.

Whoohoo! Yarn is on the loom and ready to start weaving...
